Campground Overnight Rental Fee:

Member reservation: $400 per night for up to 25 individuals, $16/night per additional person. Lifeguard fees and a Certificate of Insurance may apply.

Non-member reservation: $500 per night for up to 25 individuals, $20/night per additional person. Lifeguard fees and a Certificate of Insurance may apply.

Campground Day Use Fees:

 Member reservation: $125 per day for up to 25 individuals, $5/day per additional person

Non-member reservation: $250 per day for up to 25 individuals, $10/day per additional person

A Certificate of Insurance is required to rent the Camp side by all parties unless the event is insured by the Member Church.  Please email the Caretakers at OlympicLutherhaven.org with any questions about this. Proof of insurance is required before your reservation will be officially approved by the Caretakers.

Lodge

The Lutherhaven lodge has a full kitchen, dining area, chapel, nurses office, a classroom area, bunk rooms (can sleep 10-15), and half bathroom (no shower). The building is an A-frame built with timber and has a beautiful  large front window with a large cross depicting "The Old Rugged Cross." The large cross was from a tree cut off of the property. In the center of the building is two large wood-fired stoves for heating the building on cooler days.

In the Lodge there are many, many board games and puzzles, a piano for worship, a large number of Bibles, balls for games, many chairs and tables, and two ping pong tables with balls and paddles. The kitchen is well equipped with a walk in refrigerator, freezers, a range stove and griddle, industrial stand mixer, plates, cups, silverware, mugs, coffee maker, industrial dish washer, industrial sinks, clothes washer and dryer, and much more!

Craft Shack

The Craft Shack is a perfect place to have activities and set up with chairs and tables in order to facilitate craft projects or games. Some craft materials such as markers, crayons, and water color paints are available.

Cabins

Lutherhaven has 11, rustic, one room cabins, which sleep 8-9 people each - 6 cabins for girls, and 5 cabins for boys. Each cabin has electricity.  In addition to these cabins there is a "Cooks Cabin" which features a single room with one full sized bed, a desk, a chair, and a full bathroom with heated and running water. 

Bathrooms

The 2 bathrooms on the camp side are fully equipped with running water, heated water, showers, toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels. Towels and other toiletries are not provided.
